I have had a long and eventful life, so, I can emphasise and work with you using skills I have learned and experiance.
Sometimes we need to reduce the baggage that we carry with us, to help us towards a better life.
So what you get from me is, life experience, knowledge and have trained to a high level.

My life so far;-
Before I left school I worked with several local delivery people and a had a Saturday job, I left school at the age of 14 years 11 months to work as a shop assistant, and held the keys to the shop at sixteen, managed my first shop at nineteen. I progressed to manage groups of shops and large retail warehouses, working with both small and large (multi-national) companies at head office level, and as a regional manager with eight area managers and more than 300 employees working for me covering the South East of England. Having been made redundent twice and running three of my own business's over many years, I feel that I can empathise with many of my client's work problems.
I have been married twice, divorced once, and had the grief of the death of my Mother, Father, Brother, and my first wife.
I have two Sons, one step Son & two Grandchildren and have now settled to a comfortable life. I have a Sister, Brother, Nieces, Nephews and a number of in-laws, so this helps me to relate to similar relationship problems that you may have.
My excellent training was with the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy in Southend, Primarily by the Principal Terrance Watts. Terrance has many years experience as a Hypnotherapist and runs courses, conducts seminars worldwide and is author of several books.
My ongoing commitment is to provide the best possible help to my clients, and will continue my personal development by attending advanced and specialised courses for the latest therapeutic techniques.
I have a Diploma in clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
I am a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
I have attended a number of courses' and all certificates and diplomas can be viewed and verified.
